Removal FAQ

Opossums In Hot Tubs

The homeowner knew he had opossums living in his spa. I could only get the job if I removed the whole family of 7 opossums. I did and he was happy.

Q: Are dump fees and labor included in the price?

A: Yes, always.

Q: Where does the spa go?

The wood goes to be chipped into mulch, much of the metal goes to a scrap yard to be melted and recycled, the remainder goes to the landfill.

Q: What about the electrical, do you handle that?

Absolutly we do. It will be disconnected and capped off.

Q: How much will it cost to remove my spa?

After asking a few pertinent questions we are able to give a quote over the phone.

Q: Can you pump the water out?

Yes we can, although it saves us a lot of time if the spa has already been emptied. We carry pumps and 50' hoses.

Q: How long does it take?

Depending on size of spa and access, it takes (on average) 2-3 hrs including cleanup.

Q: Do you clean up afterwards?

Yes, we sweep and powerwash the area.

Q: Who comes out to remove my spa?

Mike, the owner operator will be at every job.
